For Instruments, Accessories, and Extensions

Note: Due to the GPSR which went in effect in December 2024, we are currently unable to fulfill orders to the European Union and any countries affected by the GPSR. All orders to other countries remain unaffected. We hope to restore sales to the European Union in the near future!

Most products are made to order. We run a small operation, and this model allows us to work closely with the customer regarding their preferences.

Large made to order products such as extensions and instruments will typically require an upfront deposit, of which will be deducted from the final amount. Smaller products such as accessories will typically require the full upfront payment due to the shorter manufacturing time.

Shipping rates may vary, but an estimate will be given at the time of placing an order.

Lead times for orders vary, please reach out for more specifics. If an order is needed by a specific deadline, that can also be discussed. Typically extensions will take a few weeks to complete, and smaller accessories may be completed in about a week.

Extensions

Please reach out indicating interest in an extension for your instrument. Review our shop for more details on specific features available for each extension. Helpful information to include:

• Instrument Model (ex: Selmer USA/Bundy Contra-alto Clarinet)
• Desired range if available (ex: Low C, Low B)
• Additional features (ex: Aux LH D/B Mechanism)
• Finish options (ex: default, rosewood, black keywork)
